Must be able to pass a background check Key Responsibilities: Project management for projects; identifying and assisting in management of all tasks that need to be completed to ensure timely and effective execution of all new product and other projects Work with team to identify and manage all dependencies between functional areas involved in the project; manage all aspects of the project to ensure timely and effective execution Facilitate the development of business requirements by teams of business analysts User testing management for assigned projects, as applicable; development of consolidated user test plans, executing those test plans and obtaining appropriate sign off from user managers Assess and authorize change requests Establish management team(s) for each project, escalating issues to that management group, reporting and managing risks and status reporting Ensure that the business resources are following established processes; lead and/or participate on the teams to improve processes if necessary An ability of hands-on delivery, plus partnering project managers Participate effectively in strengthening the BDO (Business Delivery Office) tools, artifacts and other governance aspects Lead and manage project teams effectively.
