12 Months Interview – via Skype (Locals Will be preferred first ) USC/GC/GC-EAD only *SUMMARY* *8-9 years as UX designer / UI Developer* *Desired - experience working at a Digital Marketing Agency* *Expert in * · *Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and prototyping tools like inVision, Axure* · *Rapid Product Prototyping methods and principles of Design Thinking, Lean UX* · *HTML 5, CSS3/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and other responsive web development tools* · *CSS Preprocessors like LESS and SASS along with JavaScript task runners like Grunt/Gulp* *Full Job Experience * Role • Responsible for defining and developing omni-channel user experiences for Mastercard products and services • Responsible for creating product prototypes using methods like Rapid Prototyping • Responsible for programming, testing, implementing, documenting, maintaining and supporting web UI software components in adherence with MasterCard standards, processes and industry best practices • Develop high quality, secure, scalable web applications based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget • Recommending and implementing best practices on UI development and Experience definition for Mastercard websites and applications • Responsible for developing explainer videos, product videos and other professional corporate videos of high quality All About You *• Must have a deep understanding of User Experience across different channels with solid experience in defining and developing user experience for applications and websites built for large multi-national corporations • Must have spent at least 8-9 years in a Digital Marketing Agency as UX designer and UI Developer • Must have expert level knowledge on design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and prototyping tools like inVision, Axure • Must have expert level knowledge of Rapid Product Prototyping methods and principles of Design Thinking, Lean UX etc • Must have an expert level knowledge in with HTML 5, CSS3/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and other responsive web development tools • Must have expert level knowledge on CSS Preprocessors like LESS and SASS along with JavaScript task runners like Grunt/ Gulp* • Must have expert level knowledge on story-boarding, scripting, video production and mixing for corporate videos and product and explainer videos.
