Role: Scrum Master Duration:3+ Month Location: Brentwood, TN Must Have Scaled Agile Framework (or *SAFe*) experience *Responsibilities:* - Lead and manage Agile/Scrum Development Teams - Plan and schedule project timelines and meetings. - Establish agile and engineering best practices - Monitor, report and follow-up on the status and next steps of all project components - Effectively identify, adjust for and communicate downstream impacts of project changes. - Able to navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members. - Plan, facilitate, and coordinate team activities and releases *Required:* - Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 3+ years of technology project/program management. - Experience with running Agile and/or Scrum teams with minimal supervision - Ability to lead, motivate and direct a cross-functional workgroup while being flexible in a changing environment - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently - Experience managing all phases of the project life cycle, including creating Sprints plans, facilitating various Sprint related meetings; Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning, etc. - Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management, and communication with business lines and technology management levels. - Excellent analytical skills. Candidate must have developed analytical, conceptual, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Position requires the ability to quickly trouble shoot issues and think outside of the box.
