Mechanical valves and CRBSI's

I know there are a number of articles out there on some hospitals' 
experiences with increased CRBSI's after switching to a mechanical valve,but 
none that I have found say just which one caused the problems. My hospital 
is looking to switch to such a cap but I'd like to know beforehand if that 
one is one of the 'suspects'. Could someone tell me which caps were foound 
to create problems?
