[VENT-L] Portable Suction Machine

What kind of the portable suction machines do you use?  I have the one they gave me when I left rehab in 1989.  It used to work with a special battery or in the cigarette lighter.  The special battery pack is no longer available.   I am a quadriplegic due to a spinal cord injury.  I wanted a machine that I could take out with me.  I am on the vent, 24/7 and use stainless steel Jackson trach.  I do not get suction that often, but I never leave home without the old clunker I have.   If anyone has a portable machine with a good history, I would appreciate your input.   Cathy
