Anyone seen error code 130 and/or reported this to Veritas?

The Troubleshooting guide results were ambiguous; "An error occurred that prevents the product from operating in a consistent fashion. This error is usually related to a system call".

I went through all the system and Veritas logs as suggested but didn't see anything I could point at that may have caused the problem.

I know I've never seen the error on this or any other Master, hmm.
