Patrick Is it because the tape drives are in use for other backups running? What multiplexing have you got enabled? Is it one or multiple policies?
Does the job status show any other details in activity monitor when you double click on the queued job or does it say "job still queued" ? Also, is the policy configured to connect to the correct robot / tape drive configuration? Many reasons why, but would need to know a lot more to identify the cause :-) Hope this helps Simon Weaver Technical Support Windows Domain Administrator EADS Astrium Tel: 02392-708598 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 20 February 2006 11:12 To: Veritas-bu@mailman.eng.auburn.edu Subject: [Veritas-bu] Queued Jobs All, Does anyone know how to tell why a queued jobs is queued?
