Anybody encountered this and did it cause any problems

Have an IBM3584 split into two partitions - connected to two separate master servers.
As an example one partition with 4 tape drives and 300 slots the other with 5 tape drives and 500 slots.  
Enabled ALMS. 
Now robtest on both master servers can now see all 9 tape drives and only the slots assigned to it.

It appears that nothing is impacted as tape drives are not defined on the master & media servers.

Looks like a IBM 3584 is required
