With this, i was able to determine that the problem is related to the HBA/FileSystem and not the tape drives. Netbackup server gets no more than 50MB/s while another server with more ram get 100MB/s(as checked with iostat)
I'll work on the filesystem first and then unconfigure and reconfigure the FC ports if needed.
