We are getting an error on our VCB backups that says: Snapshot creation failed: Custom pre-freeze script failed. but there isn't a custom script on the system. The VM is a Windows 2003 server and all VMware tools are up to date. The backup worked one day and failed the next day with this error. Anyone ever seen it before?
