Apparently it does care as the command returns with this error:
install_client_files ssh <clientname>
<clientname> ...
Client <clientname> -- Solaris hardware running Solaris<level>
Installing NetBackup software on <clientname>
ssh: connect to host <clientname> port 22: Connection refused
ssh connection to <clientname> failed.
<clientname> install failed
