You are looking for the nbemmcmd:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbemmcmd

nbemmcmd -listsettings -machinename <NAME>
nbemmcmd -changesetting -DO_NOT_EJECT_STANDALONE yes -machinename <NAME>

That should get it for you.
