That's the latest release update for the Oracle agent, and i believe it states that right there with the patch download link. Install the latest patch level available for whatever option you have and you'll be good.

We're using the oracle agent, and I see that there is no 6.5.3 for the Oracle agent, only 6.5.2. My understanding is that these add-ons must be at the same level as the client.
