Does it show up as a media server in the media server list?
If not Go to master server properties and add the server name to other servers and to media server list. He has added it to the database with the nbemmcmd -addhost command and assigned media to it from a media server it is replacing. Here is the problem. It doesn't show up in the list of available media servers when trying to add a robot or a storage unit AND when running nbemmcmd -listhosts. What the heck am I overlooking? Thanks Layne
