Anyway, I have not tried this in a while, but on the BAR client side GUI, select File>Specifcy NetBackup Machines and Policy Type. This will bring up a list similar to the restore GUI on the Master where you can add a Destination client for restores. Should work with your no restrictions and assuming name resolution is working between the destination and source. To change the path, there is a button to click on the left of the Restore screen (it looks like a host computer with an arrow) and all the same options are here as what's in the Java GUI.
