I have seen this, and had to restart all services and kill any running processes. Seemed to do the trick.....

Then I checked again and the tape was free. I restarted the restore and now I get this... A pending request has been generated for this resource request. Operator action may be required. Pending Action: Misplaced tape, Netbackup and the library still show the tape sitting in a slot in the library.
