So I have resolved the error 159 this was the result of not having all the 
additional drives and remote client licenses added to all the media servers.

Now I am getting error 11 system call failed when ever trying to run jobs on my 
pool of media servers.
not sure as to the source of it yet, we have enabled logging and opened a case 
with symantec.
