We have BE 12D server and we were successfully backing up Exchange 2007 using GRT on tape. But from some days it is getting failed with Access Denied and when we uncheck GRT option it gets successful. Any idea what the reson could be . There is no way we can reboot exchange server. Please advise. Thanks, Pranav
