Use of media server on the Hyper-V host would increase performance, but bear in
mind that due to CSV limitation, you won't be able to perform more than one
backup from a CSV volume if VMs spread across multiple host systems . Given
this limitation, you might want to start with regular Enterprise Client and
move to the media server configuration afterwards, depending on performance you
need.
