A newish kernel+e2fsprogs supports ext4 volumes > 16TB. Beware though, > 16TB is relatively new you may run into problems (I did in the past with a 60TB volume). Id recommend looking at using XFS or, if EXT4 is needed, use volumes less than 16TB. Also I would not necessarily recommend it but you could create an mdadm-RAID 0 of the two volumes and format it as XFS, but you would be putting all of your eggs in one basket, e.g. if one of the 20 x 2.5TB LUNs failed, you would lose all of the data.
