We've upgraded a test lab appliance from 2.5.3 to 2.6.0.1 (7.6.0.1 NBU version). Only had problems with the Self Test portion, which seems to happen every time. Once we worked out those issues, the patch went through just fine. Plan to start production upgrades next week.
