You need to get through VCS training to be honest. Without knowing every detail, I cannot give exact steps. With basic VCS training this would be trivial and you would be fully confident to make the changes

In addition, if I need to grow a filesystem for a given volume group managed by a cluster, how do I do so? Please help. This is VCS 4.1 on Solaris 2.9 running on Hitachi USP.
