There is no need to add the ContainerName to the ArgList. The ContainerName attribute gives the name of the container in which the resource is to be managed (onlined, offlined, monitored), which will be the name of the local-zone. Why some types do not have ContainerName attribute in the ArgList (I could find only Application to be of this kind) is specific to the functionality of the agent of that type. This should not have any bearing on the working of the agent because the agent is coded to work with its type-definition.
