There is no need to add the ContainerName to the ArgList.

The ContainerName attribute gives the name of the container in which the
resource is to be managed (onlined, offlined, monitored), which will be
the name of the local-zone. Why some types do not have ContainerName
attribute in the ArgList (I could find only Application to be of this
kind) is specific to the functionality of the agent of that type. This
should not have any bearing on the working of the agent because the
agent is coded to work with its type-definition.

Manuel

Subject: [Veritas-ha] Application Agent Zone Aware?

Hi,
Is anybody already try to use the Application Agent for monitoring the
process inside a Solaris Zone On VCS 5MP3 ?
It seems that the containername is defined by not passed as argument on
the parameter list !
