I'll bet if you do a 'vxdisk list c3t0d2s2', you'll see the paths to it
are on c1.  The c3t0d2s2 is just a name that doesn't match any of the
paths.

The reboot -r probably isn't necessary (the OS links are valid), but yes
I would clean up disk.info.
