We are moving migrating servers from V490 to V890 servers.
Regarding license we are having the following queries. Please any one help
to give the following information and can i have the contact persons for
license queries.
1. Sun V490 is in which tier for Symantec VCS licensing?
2. Sun V890 is in which tier for Symantec VCS licensing?
3. Do we require licence upgrade if moving the licence keys from V490
to V890?
4. What is approximate cost of upgrading the VCS licence from V490 to
V890 for below products?
a. Upgrade of Storage Foundation Enterprise for
Oracle,Solaris,v4.1,License from V490 to V890 ?
b. VRTS STORAGE FOUNDATION ENTERPRISE FOR ORACLE RAC 5.0 SOL
TIER F STD LIC ?
