Just to clarify.

We are based (and selling from) the Netherlands where VAT is 19%. We
have to charge it in the following manner:

- NL Orders: 19% Tax
- EU Orders: 19% Tax
- EU Orders + Taxnumber: No Tax
- ROW Orders: No Tax
