In Versions 1.0.4 if you set up a repository bookmark, check out a working copy and then change the repository password and try to update Versions with the new password, Versions will continue to try to use the old password when committing/updating etc., which obviously doesn't work.
The only way to resolve this seems to be to remove the repository bookmark completely and add it again, which is a real pain, especially if you have a lot of bookmarks from the same server.
