Fabian, It's known subversion issue. You need to install a patched version from macports (sudo port install +unicode_patch). This should fix command-line tools, i.e. svn status should no more report two files
Unfortunately, this doesn't resolve the issue with Versions, at the app has its own precompiled version of SVN libs. I found a workaround for that, please see my reply to the post "Problem with umlaut characters like ö,ä,ü".
