Hi, I'm seeing the same issue as well. I've sent off a few reports. It launches fine the first time and also if you ditch the prefs file. It occurs when switching to use a different svn version and having to relaunch.
I end up in an endless loop of relaunch <-> "Oops bump warning". I noticed in the console path references to a file on one of the original developers machines.
