A follow-up: I solved my particular problem by trashing the Versions folder in Application Support. Given that I hadn't yet used the program, this didn't cost me any lost bookmarks, etc. Here's the thread that gave me the idea to try this: http://groups.google.com/group/versions/browse_thread/thread/5ec4e7fe4b8705d0/9d762f3eb468e4f9?lnk=gst&q=application+support#9d762f3eb468e4f9.
Frankly it sucks that the tech folks never responded to my problem, which after all prevented me from using the program. Not a great way to start off. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Versions" group.
