Hi Christopher,

Error 210002 is a connection error (as you probably might have
guessed), we are working to improve error reporting in Versions for
these errors.

Can you try removing the trailing colon from the host-name part of
your URL?

So instead of:
svn+ssh://hea...@www.heavymark.com:/home/etcetera, use:
svn+ssh://hea...@www.heavymark.com/home/etcetera
