Have you tried: 1) select the folder/file you want to view the old revision of 2) right-click and select "update to revision" (this might say revert, but you want to select the option that says "to revision") 3) you should get a dialog that will list the revision history of that file/folder, which would allow you to select a specific revision to update to.
Note: if you've made changes to the working copy, you may encounter conflicts.
