I didn't realize I had to commit deletions. I was just moving the folders so I moved them using the client, but couldn't get them to delete so I deleted them in the main repository then added them in the new directory.
Now the directories are showing up with the deletion symbol in my client. They are no longer in my working copy or the repository, but now I can't do anything to get rid of them. Is there a way to flush them from the client?
