[Veusz-discuss] SVG

Just to let you know I've got SVG export mostly working from Veusz. Qt 
very easily supports writing SVG files from its QPainter class. Simple 
plots seem to work well, but font scaling doesn't appear to be working 
(unless it's firefox's svg viewer that is the problem).
