Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a graph as a child of a grid
2. Move the graph out of the grid
3. Delete the grid
4. Try altering graph margins
Expected results:
Graph margins are calculated with respect to the whole page
Actual results:
Graph margins are calculated wrt the (now deleted) grid so the graph
will only fill the box it previously occupied in the grid. Reloading the
graph will correct the problem.
Tested with a CVS build from a week or two ago.
