Dear Pascale - Ternary plots are in Veusz 1.13+, so you should update
Veusz 1.14. I've informed CNet about the new release, but they haven't
updated their entry yet.
You can download the latest installer for Veusz directly from
http://home.gna.org/veusz/downloads/
(choose latest windows binary if using Windows).
