Numpy has a trapz function which does trapezoid integration. You should be able to use the create dataset dialog with an expression like trapz(dataset, x=xvals) or trapz(dataset, dx=0.1) See http://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy/reference/generated/numpy.trapz.html It would be nice to have this as a plugin too, so the user wouldn't have to know this, but don't feel obliged to write one. If you write a plugin, just post it to the list (or send it to me) giving me permission to distribute it under the Veusz license and I'll include it.
