Dear Jeremy,

A problem I have experienced occasionally in using Veusz is that from time to time I move a collection of files or directories of various types, perhaps designated (in my own mind) as a constituting a "project," to some other place in my file system. A common cause of this is that I had used Dropbox while very active on the project, then moved files to some more permanent destination to save space in Dropbox.

Of course if this has happened then when I open a Veusz file that contains a link to data, Veusz cannot find the data: "Veusz could not open the file .... no such file or directory ...." One's only option seems to be to "OK" this, but I haven't found how one then goes about repairing the situation.

Would it be possible to have the "Veusz could not open" dialog prompt the user to supply a revised path to the wanted file? Or have I failed to find a provision that is already in place? If the latter, then the option needs to be more visible, for this has happened to me numerous times.

Thanks again for a wonderful program. Best wishes, John Wilson.
