Dear Adriano, I can not solve the problem right a way but in my case I use very often a following trick. I create more axis and connect the line/label/etc to this axis, which later I just hide. This helps e.g. when you need the X position to be axis related and Y position just from bottom to the top of the plotting area. I guess this trick can be helpful for time input as well.
