Or, as a worst case, they can be purchased on the VERY cheap off of eBay. Many more ostrich than emu, but they're both there if you look - try under "millinery" (hat- making). For the record, I know nothing of making hats, but do know of a cheap source of fly fishing material when I see one ;) -Pete
