Wes It is the white feather which forms the ring on the neck of the pheasant. I have not seen these feathers sold in packages you may have to get a whole skin. Sure is funny all the pictures you can get on the web. Googled "ringneck pheasant feather" and got a bunch. I see what you mean about the white neck feathers. I am really not familiar with that feather. I tend to buy packages of pheasant feathers, particularly dyed. Is that feather all white?
