I'll bite-
1. Nymph fisherman goes upstream - because the most effective method
is up and across. Conversely, across and down is a good dry fly
method particularly for caddis.
2. Nymph fisherman - he is more likely to catch more and bigger fish
so his lies will be smaller
3. The dry fly fisherman will come back on time. He will be having a
worse day and he is out of cigars
4. Could go either way but a dry fly purist is likely to want only the best
5 See 3
