Yes it is. It can be tied in may forms and styles but the way i tie them is the 
traditional wing style.

I will tie these flies for the swaps:

Wet fly swap 1 = Stonefly

Wet fly swap 2 = Harley’s Revenge (Harley is an African Grey parrot that my 
in-laws have. I use feathers and colors from him that he sheds. It is called 
Harley’s revenge because his mate died when it had gotten hold of a fish from 
my in-laws fish tank and chocked. So every time I catch a fish with this fly it 
is a slight revenge for the bird.)
