Hi all, I wish you'all a nice and great Christmas Season. It is a great time for us flytyer.. Found in a store yesterday the perfect copper tinsel for the Jersey Herd pattern. A dark copper. the original material for the body is hard to obtain. It is the closure (cap) of a milk bottle, which is used in the shire Jersey. I have a picture of the fly, and the color looks very close.
