BTW: I shall add some ff results: This year 1 caught some very exiting fish. 1. the largest chub I ever caught. Took my 10 minutes to bring him to hand. 2. A little salmon. Ok, it was a smolt, 20 cm or so. But hey, a salmon in my homewaters. Released him very carefully, will see him again in some years, but please, a bit bigger.... 3. An Koi-carp. Yes, an koi-carp. I did not really bring him to hand, that was good, because I wouldn't have known what to do. Law woud force me to bring him down, but killing an animal without intention to eat him (or if I'm threatend..) is not my cup of tea.
