I do have my flies tied up, and offer one to anyone from the swap who asks (via a business envelope and stamp) but I respectfully ask to drop from the blizzard swap due to not being able to get to the post office while they are open, any time soon. (for personal medical reasons) Apologies if I was the cause of the blizzard swap being held up - I was trying to get to the post before the last person submitted their flies before me, but I don't want to hold up the swap, so dropping out is the right thing to do.
