Hi Joyce it has be a while hasn't it!! Any way long story short arthritis is the problem along with too many surgeries on the left shoulder. so now I am in a pain management program. The med that had stop working is MSCotin, which I was taking 30mg 3X. It has been switched to Oxicotin 20mg 2X and Oxicoden 10mg 2X as needed for break thru pain. I am now working as an assistant pastry chef at a Country Club
