Which issue of the Flyfishing and Tying Journal was it in, Joyce? I can't seem to locate that fly in the Winter 2019 issue, but I may have missed it... you have my curiosity going here. From the name of the fly, I doubt I'd ever fish it, based on the water types I fish most often (very narrow, slow flowing brooks and streams with trout of max size ~10 inches in length)... but you never know, if tied small enough, they may work where I fish :) And besides, I tie spey and atlantic salmon flies in 6/0 size and goodness knows I'll likely not fish those any time soon! Some day, I hope, but not any time soon... unless I win an all expense paid trip or something haha. -Pete
