I received a saddening phone call from Tony today. He was very difficult to understand but he wanted me to post on the lists that he will no longer be able to make rods. He has sold his lathe and some other equipment. There is still one rod at his house he would like to sell. I think he said he would sell it for $500, but I am not certain. He has some smaller tools available. He did not say how to get them, but if you have are interested, I have his son Robert's e-mail address.
Tony said he is no longer able to read nor to use the internet. He is very weak and I could tell it took all his effort to even make the phone call. He was trying to tell me something and then just said "Bye" and hung up.
