Al - Only 6 more years til the oldest goes to college, so... there's a chance? ;) In the meantime, there will always be my study/office and the formal dining room that we won't use as such - will be where the kids do homework, just without a table or desks (they're both autistic, trust me, it works better that way). When we went there to look at the lot, there were browns and rainbows sipping duns and spinners (or dries of some variety, possibly emergers?), and this was in the middle of November which is very odd given the season. I did go to the SUV and get the stream thermometer and it read 49 degrees F... The creek is known for sulfur and tan caddis, though not this time of year. I didn't see a hatch going on, but MAN am I dreaming about it already! My son is equally excited. My daughter is still very young, in elementary school, but has been asking me if I could teach her to fly fish once we move in May. So... you might have to fight for a good spot haha! But you're always welcome (once we move, of course). -Pete
